IT Professional – Systems Engineer/Administrator (Hybrid, 3 days on site in Swindon)
Contract: Outside IR35 (Pending IR35 status review) £450-£475 per day.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Systems Engineer/Administrator.
Specialist Experience
Experience and an understanding of the challenges in delivering Enterprise IT services to historic buildings and places plus supporting a diverse portfolio of Legacy Applications will be particularly beneficial.
The role will be responsible for providing engineering, administration, and support services for a variety of technologies and products, including but not limited to:

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in managing and administering the aforementioned technologies and products.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, Citrix Certified Associate, etc., are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain server and enterprise application services.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.
Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in system administration.

Normal weekday working hours 8:30 – 17:00
